  • Ripe tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Cheese slices cheddar, Swiss, or American
  • Mayonnaise mustard, or special sauces

Instructions
 

Stovetop Cooking Method:

  • Start with a cold pan, then arrange bacon in a single layer.
  • Cook on medium-low heat, flipping occasionally until crisp (~10-15 minutes).
  • Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Oven-Baked Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange bacon in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Drain excess grease.

Assembling the Sandwich:

  • Toast bread to desired crispness.
  • Spread condiments (mayo, mustard, etc.) on toasted bread.
  • Layer crispy bacon and add chosen toppings.
  • Press gently and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For extra crispy bacon, use a bacon press or cook longer on low heat.
  • To prevent soggy sandwiches, toast the bread well and place lettuce as a barrier between wet toppings.
