  • 16 oz cream cheese softened (cashew-based for dairy-free option)
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • Garlic & Herbs:
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Flavor Boosters:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Topping:

  • ¼ cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an oven-safe dish.

2️⃣ Mix the Base

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, chives, and parsley. Stir until smooth.

3️⃣ Add Cheese

  • Gently fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, ensuring an even mix.

4️⃣ Prepare Topping

  • In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly over the dip.

5️⃣ Bake to Perfection

  • Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
