Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe banana frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend: Combine all ingredients in blender
  • Mix: Blend on high until smooth (45 sec)
  • Serve: Pour into glasses, top with crushed walnuts

Notes

  • Vegan: Use plant-based protein powder
  • Thicker: Add ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Sweeter: Include 1 pitted date
  • Prep Ahead: Freeze banana slices in advance
