  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 breakfast ham slices
  • 4 breakfast turkey sausage patties

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Prepare the Egg Mixture

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Cook the Protein

  • If using bacon, sausage, or ham, cook until crispy and set aside.

3️⃣ Bread Preparation

  • Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.

4️⃣ Grilling Technique

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  • Place one slice of egg-coated bread in the skillet, top with cheese and your chosen breakfast protein.
  • Add another slice of bread on top.

5️⃣ Cook Until Perfect

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula until golden brown and crispy.
