For the Chicken:
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the Honey Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger freshly grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
Set up a separate bowl with cornstarch for coating.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat in cornstarch.
Fry the Chicken
