Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter optional, for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • 3️⃣ Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • 4️⃣ Top with banana slices, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with peanut butter if using.
  • 5️⃣ Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.
  • 6️⃣ Once frozen, break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

✔️ Nut-Free Option: Swap walnuts for sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
✔️ Dairy-Free: Use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
