Coconut Water Lemonade
Sip into summer bliss with this hydrating & refreshing Coconut Water Lemonade

Base:
- 4 cups coconut water pure, unflavored
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 6–8 lemons
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup or agave/monk fruit for alternatives
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Optional Enhancements:
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves lightly crushed
- 1- inch piece fresh ginger sliced
- 1 lime sliced (for garnish)
Mix & Infuse
Combine lemon juice, remaining coconut water, and syrup in a glass pitcher.
Add mint/ginger (if using). Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve
Remove solids if desired.
Taste and adjust sweetness.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon or lime slices, mint, etc
