Ingredients
  

Base:

  • 4 cups coconut water pure, unflavored
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 6–8 lemons
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup or agave/monk fruit for alternatives
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional Enhancements:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves lightly crushed
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger sliced
  • 1 lime sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Juice the Lemons

  • Roll lemons before slicing to release more juice.
  • Juice and strain to remove seeds and pulp.

Make Quick Syrup

  • Heat 1/4 cup coconut water with sweetener + salt in saucepan over low heat until dissolved (1–2 mins). Cool for 5 mins.

Mix & Infuse

  • Combine lemon juice, remaining coconut water, and syrup in a glass pitcher.
  • Add mint/ginger (if using). Chill for at least 1 hour.

Serve

  • Remove solids if desired.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon or lime slices, mint, etc

Notes

  • Berry Coconut Water Lemonade: Muddle berries for color + antioxidants.
  • Cucumber Mint: Adds refreshing spa-like flavor.
  • Spiced Version: Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise for fall vibes.
  • Tropical Twist: Blend with pineapple + cream of coconut.
  • Sparkling Lemonade: Sub 1 cup coconut water with sparkling water for fizz.
  • Herbal Infusions: Steep dried lavender or chamomile for calmness.
