Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of nori
  • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
  • 4 slices of surimi
  • 3-4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 slices of avocado
  • 6-8 slices of smoked salmon 6 oz
  • ¼ cup crab salad
  • 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • Soy sauce wasabi, pickled ginger for serving

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and cook the sushi rice, then mix with sushi vinegar.
  • Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  • Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border.
  • Arrange crab salad, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
  • Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
  • Place salmon slices on top, then gently press to adhere.
  • Slice the roll into even pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
