Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid smoke, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and ensure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 45 minutes for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
Grill the Chicken: Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces and sides.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
