2 cans 8 oz each crescent roll dough 8 oz brie cheese rind removed and cut into 16 pieces 8 fresh figs thinly sliced (or 1 cup fig jam) 2 tablespoons honey 2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves removed Sea salt for finishing 1 egg for egg wash
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
Place a piece of brie near the wide end of each triangle.
Top with 2-3 fig slices or a dollop of fig jam.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, shaping them into crescents.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
