Golden Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks
Crispy, golden cauliflower steaks smothered in bubbling, bronzed cheese!

For the Cauliflower Steaks:
- 2 large cauliflower heads
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Topping:
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Red pepper flakes optional
1️⃣ Prep the Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim leaves and stem from cauliflower, keeping the core intact.
Slice into 1-inch thick "steaks" (each head yields ~2-3 steaks).
2️⃣ Season & Roast
Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brush both sides of steaks with the oil mixture.
Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
3️⃣ Add Cheese & Finish
Mix cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Sprinkle over cauliflower steaks and bake for 7-10 more minutes.
For extra golden cheese, broil for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve hot!
