  • 1 cup cold brew coffee or brewed coffee, frozen into cubes
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk alternative
  • 1 scoop vanilla or caramel-flavored protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup or 2 pitted dates for natural sweetness
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or stevia adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil for keto version
  • 1/2 frozen banana for extra creaminess
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon for flavor boost
  • 1 tsp chia seeds for added fiber

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee Base:

  • Brew coffee and freeze into ice cubes for extra richness.

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Add frozen coffee cubes, almond milk, protein powder, caramel syrup, sweetener, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.

Achieve the Perfect Texture:

  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until thick and creamy.

Adjust & Serve:

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a chilled glass, drizzle with extra caramel (optional), and top with a cinnamon sprinkle.

Notes

  • For a thicker frappe: Use more frozen coffee cubes and less liquid.
  • For extra creaminess: Add a splash of coconut cream or cashew milk.
  • For meal prep: Blend and store in a sealed mason jar for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
