- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or honey
- 2¼ teaspoons 1 packet active dry yeast (or instant yeast)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt or 1½ teaspoons sea salt
- 1¼ cups warm water 105°F-110°F
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus extra for coating
Optional Add-Ins:

Form the Dough:
Add flour and salt. Mix with a dough hook on low speed for 1-2 minutes, or stir with a wooden spoon until shaggy.

First Rise:
