- Provolone cheese – 2 cups shredded or sliced
- Cream cheese – 8 ounces softened
- Mushrooms – 8 ounces sliced
- Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- Heavy cream – ½ cup
- Italian seasoning – 1 tablespoon
- Butter – 4 tablespoons
Preheat oven to 375°F.
