Lemonade Base:
- 8 –10 medium lemons 1½ cups juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
Blue Raspberry Syrup:
- 2 cups fresh/frozen raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Natural blue food coloring or butterfly pea tea
Extras:
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries & lemon slices garnish
Make Syrup: Simmer raspberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice for 15 mins. Strain, add blue coloring, and cool.
Juice Lemons: Roll and squeeze lemons; strain seeds/pulp.
Simple Syrup: Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water; cool.
Mix Lemonade: Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, 4 cups water, and ½ cup blue raspberry syrup.
Chill: Refrigerate 1+ hour. Serve over ice with garnishes!
