- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional but recommended
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon orange extract optional
- Optional Add-ins: Vanilla protein powder flaxseed, ice cubes
Prepare oranges: Zest 1 teaspoon of orange zest, then peel and segment the oranges, removing seeds and membrane.
Blend base ingredients: Add oranges, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and cream to a blender. Pulse, then blend until smooth.
