The Foundation:
- 1 large head cauliflower about 2 lbs, cut into florets
- 2 large eggs or 6 tbsp aquafaba for vegan option
- 3 tbsp olive oil plus extra for drizzling
The Crispy Coating:
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
- ½ cup all-purpose flour or GF substitute
Flavor Enhancers:
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat

2️⃣ Prepare the cauliflower by washing, drying, and cutting it into even-sized florets.
3️⃣ Set up a coating station:
Bowl 1: Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Bowl 2: Whisk eggs with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Bowl 3: Combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and cayenne.
5️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
