Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
Stir in melted butter and peanut butter until fully combined.
Add brown sugar and mix until dissolved.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and Greek yogurt.
Incorporate Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (avoid overmixing).
Fold in any mix-ins.
Bake the Bread
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
If the top browns too quickly, tent with foil at the 40-minute mark.
