Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread on one side of each bread slice.
Layer: On unbuttered side, add mozzarella, 8 pepperoni slices, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, provolone, and Parmesan. Top with second bread slice (buttered side out).
Cook: Heat skillet over medium-low. Cook sandwiches 3-4 mins per side until golden. Press gently with spatula.
Serve: Slice diagonally. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Dip in warmed pizza sauce!
