Ingredients
  

  • ✔ 1 cup fresh lemon juice 🍋
  • ✔ 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 💪
  • ✔ 2 cups ice 🧊
  • ✔ 1-2 tbsp honey/maple syrup 🍯
  • ✔ 1 cup cold water 🚰
  • ✔ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Juice the lemons & strain out seeds.
  • 2️⃣ Blend ice, lemon juice, water & sweetener.
  • 3️⃣ Add protein powder & vanilla, then blend until frosty.
  • 4️⃣ Adjust consistency if needed.
  • 5️⃣ Pour into chilled glasses, garnish, & enjoy!

Notes

✨ Add Greek yogurt for extra creaminess!
✨ Swap water for coconut water for a tropical twist 🏝
