Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 large ripe peach pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan
  • ½ cup almond milk or orange juice for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes if using fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Prep Fruit: Slice peach into chunks (no need to peel).
  • Layer Ingredients: Add yogurt, milk, peach, raspberries, and ice to blender.
  • Blend: Start on low, then pulse to high until creamy (1-2 mins).
  • Taste & Adjust: Add honey if desired, blend 10 sec more.
  • Serve Immediately in chilled glasses with peach slices on rim!

Notes

  • Vegan: Use plant-based yogurt + maple syrup.
  • Boost It: Add ½ banana or 1 handful spinach.
  • Protein: Mix in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
  • Storage: Best fresh, but keeps 24 hrs in fridge (stir before drinking).
