  • 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened, full-fat preferred

Spinach Mixture

  • ½ cup frozen chopped spinach thawed & squeezed dry
  • 1 garlic clove minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Spinach Dip:

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Form the Crisps:

  • On the baking sheet, place 1 tbsp Parmesan and 1 tbsp mozzarella in small mounds. Flatten slightly.
  • Top each with 1 tsp of the spinach dip mixture. Add optional toppings if using.

Bake:

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and bubbling. Watch closely at the end to avoid overcooking.

Cool & Serve:

  • Let crisps cool for 5 minutes before lifting with a spatula. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Store cooled crisps in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to re-crisp.
  • Customize It: Try using sharp cheddar, provolone, or Monterey Jack for different flavor profiles.
  • Diet-Friendly: Naturally low-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.
  • Don’t skip parchment paper—it prevents sticking and ensures crisp edges!
