Step 1: Freeze Your Ingredients
Ensure your strawberries and bananas are frozen solid before blending for a thick and creamy texture.
If using fresh fruit, freeze them overnight.
Step 2: Blend the Smoothie Base
Add frozen strawberries and banana to a high-speed blender.
Pour in Greek yogurt and half of your milk.
Add vanilla extract and sweetener (if using).
Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing.
Scrape the sides as needed and blend until you reach a thick, spoonable consistency.
Add more milk (1 tbsp at a time) only if needed.
