Warm the Milk & Cream In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat 2 cups of whole milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream over medium-low heat until small bubbles form around the edges.
Do not let it boil (keep temperature between 150-160°F).
Melt the White Chocolate Chop 4 ounces of white chocolate into small, even pieces.
Gradually add the chocolate to the warm milk mixture, whisking constantly until fully melted and smooth.
Enhance the Flavor Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
If needed, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or honey (optional).
